These lists are interesting but don’t reveal if the drones flights were by hobbyists or something else. A number of different reactors are listed as well as BWXT, where HEU is processed.
We’re somewhat skeptical of the reports, having helped debunked drone hysteria over SRS in 2016: https://srswatch.org/srs-documents-debunk-its-own-hyped-up-drone-scare-of-2016/
FOIA request: “A copy of UAP/UAS flyover data that was provided to the DoD All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) in2023 and 2024”
requester: Marc Cecotti [He has written for The War Zone about drones over DOD ships: https://www.twz.com/authors/adam-kehoe-and-marc-cecotti]
Below are the two lists of drone sightings:

“Upon receiving your request, we tasked the Nuclear Security and Incident Response (NSIR) to search any
responsive records. The DoD’s ARRO does an annual data call for uncrewed (formerly unmanned) aerial
systems (UAS) or drone sightings. Enclosed information reflects these sightings for the years specified; these
records are being released to you in full. NSIR did not have any data to provide for aerial phenomena (UAP)
sightings.”
