Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals rejects lower court halt to termination of MOX boondoggle – October 9, 2018
AFTER A WASTE OF BILLIONS OF DOLLARS, THE END OF THE MOX SCAM IS AT HAND! With one short sentence the court allows DOE to terminate the MOX debacle! Final court ruling expected to support termination.
In an October 3 filing with the court – linked here – the State of South Carolina admitted that if MOX termination resumes then there efforts to keep the boondoggle going are essentially over: “Should the stay be granted and the preliminary injunction lifted, DOE will terminate the MOX Facility—the very action the State is challenging—and regardless of any future decision by the district court or this Court, the damage will be irrevocably done.”
MOX boosters dealt terminal setback with ruling of October 9, 2018 – Expect DOE to immediately restart termination
