Yes, Orano is the same company that has bungled the MOX project at SRS.  When will they be investigated for fraud, waste, abuse and mismanagement?  Where there is profit to be made off plutonium proliferation Orano will likely be there.  Keep your eyes open and be vigilant in working to stop proliferation of weapon-usable plutonium.
