On July 3, SCE&G was dealt a huge blow, when a hearing officer for the SC PSC ruled that all documents turned over in criminal investigations must be provided by July 6, 2018 to the SC office of Regulatory Staff. This means parties to the proceedings, like Friends of the Earth/Sierra Club will likely see them. Watch SCE&G whine like a baby about this:
