Where’s the MOX termination plan?
McDermott/CB&I/Orana/Areva MOX Services documents massive amounts of material stored in warehouses via its “MOX TV.” For example, see video for February 28, 2018 on materials in warehouse 3 in Barnwell, South Carolina:

We assume that everything will be inventoried and long-term storage plans developed – for new and old components, aging materials and components that are becoming obsolete. Could storage take place in the Ex-MOX plant?
Watch for spending on MOX for termination to drag out until perhaps 2021* or later, as the project continues to be milked for taxpayer funding. Termination work will include completing walls, the roof, closing Temporary Construction Openings (TCOs) and more. But where’s the termination plan?
(*Date in the DOE Fiscal Year 2019 budget request – see page 537 of NNSA budget request: “A final estimate to complete the project shutdown and contract termination is expected to be produced during late calendar year 2018, with final termination completed in FY 2021.”)
