The October 2016 rework document, obtained by SRS Watch in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOA) request, is entitled “Construction Rework Definition, Reporting and Assessment Desktop.” The document outlines how corrections will be made to the large amount of work improperly performed at the MOX plant.
