May 25, 2018 filing by the State of South Carolina to stop the termination of the MOX fiasco at SRS by DOE, the White House & Congress. All of a sudden, the state hopes that a law regularly opposed – the National Environmental Policy act – will work in their favor.

We told the state in 2000 that allowing plutonium in for the dodgy MOX project was not a good idea. but they sold out to all the money flowing to contractors (now McDermott/CB&I/Orano/AREVA MOX Services), which is the reason the badly bungled project drags on and on, courtesy of their big-spending front man (Senator Lindsey Graham). MOX has zero chance to get plutonium out of the state & it’s time to stop chasing that zombie project.
