Savannah River Site Watch (SRS Watch) comment is here, with instructive information about the “standing” that was obtained by us plaintiffs in the recent NEPA lawsuit against DOE’s expanded plutonium pit production (for new nuclear warheads) – It’s a warning to DOE that we won that lawsuit and, as a result, NNSA is now preparing the “draft Programmatic EIS (PEIS) and a public comment period is anticipated in May/June:
