We are betting that the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals will allow termination of the MOX boondoggle to proceed.  MOX workers are still being told nothing about a possible court ruling or about the massive cut to the MOX construction budget (from $335 million to $220 million as of October 1, 2018)
